I. There are 3 tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier will have its own respective benefits and perks.
II. For a member to ascend or stay in rank, they must spend a minimum quantity each year. For Gold, that number would be 50,000 pesos, and for Platinum its 100,000 pesos.
III. All members will receive points for every 100 pesos they spend, depending on their rank.
A. Silver members will get 1 for every 100 pesos
B. Gold members will get 2 for every 100 pesos
C. Platinum members will get 3 for every 100 pesos
IV. Upon release of a D2C item, members may be given a discount for the first week of release. These discounts will be available when pre-ordering. This only applies to SKUs on release. Restock does not count.
A. Gold members will receive a 5% discount
B. Platinum members will receive a 10% discount
V. Some D2C items will be part of our Early Access Program. This means that they will be released a few days before the global launch date. Only Silver, Gold, and Platinum members are eligible for this program.
1. I bought an item from dotcom yesterday, why are my points not in my account yet?
a. Due to our 7 day return policy, your points will only be credited to you 7-10 days after you receive your item. Rest assured, your points will be credited. In the meantime, you can check on your “to be credited” points in your account.
2. Does my Early Bird Discount work on non-D2C, but LCS Exclusive, items?
a. No, the Early Bird Discount is only for D2C releases.
3. Can I send my points to a friend?
a. No, points are non-transferrable.
4. What are Points for?
a. Points are as good as cash. You can use them during your transactions to pay for the item being purchased.
5. If I earn points on Bankeebricks.ph, can I use them in the LCS stores?
a. Yes, Points earned on Ban Kee Bricks are valid in any LCS Store.
6. Does the Early Bird Discount apply to Early Access items?
a. Yes, the Early Bird Discount will apply for the first week of Early Access
